What you'll be doing

• Support the development and execution of business strategies, marketing, and marcom plans to strengthen the organisation's market presence
• Identify new partnership opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain strategic collaborations
• Monitor industry trends, analyse market developments, and provide insights to support growth and innovation
• Track performance metrics and prepare management reports
• Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Business Management/ Marketing or related studies
• 3 - 4 years of similar experience within the healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in partnership development, business development, or corporate strategy is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
