Receptionist Job Scope

Location: Facework Aesthetic
Position Type: Full-Time
Eligibility: Singaporeans/PR only

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our salon and ensure a seamless customer experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

• Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp/text messages and incoming calls
• Follow up with clients for appointment confirmations or rescheduling

Appointment Management

• Schedule, update, and manage bookings through the company's system
  
  ‍♀️ Customer Experience
• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
• Guide customers to their treatment rooms and ensure they are comfortable
• Serve light refreshments (e.g., tea, dessert) post-treatment as part of our premium service experience
• Handle walk-ins and enquiries with a professional and courteous attitude

Front Desk & Administrative Duties

• Maintain a clean and tidy reception and waiting area
• Assist in maintaining customer records and forms

• Pleasant personality, well-spoken, and well-groomed
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (training on salon system will be provided)
• Prior experience in beauty/wellness/hospitality is preferred but not required
• Must be Singaporean or PR
