Job Scope:

• Lead and implement organisation-wide change management initiatives to drive engagement and transformation.
• Design and facilitate inclusive change processes aligned with strategic goals and cultural vision.
• Develop and oversee translational simulation as a service to improve health system performance and teamwork.
• Use simulation methods to diagnose and address issues like professionalism, culture, and patient experience.
• Provide OD consultancy by guiding departments in designing and executing organisational development strategies.
• Analyse data and develop evaluation plans to support evidence-based decision-making and programme improvements.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to co-create workplace improvements.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide and cluster-level organisational development initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in organizational behaviour, psychology, communications, or a related field; healthcare exposure is a plus.
• Postgraduate qualification or certifications in OD/Organizational Psychology preferred.
• Proven experience in leading change management, OD consulting, and project implementation.
• Strong facilitation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to complex systems, and willing to support after-hours events if needed.
