Job Overview
The Assistant of Coaching & Leader Development Assistant is primarily responsible for driving top-line growth by focusing on net Preferred Customer (PC) growth in Singapore. This is achieved through the cultivation of new leadership and the revitalization of the existing business leadership pipeline. The Assistant Manager also supports the Coaching & Leader Development Manager and the Events team in organizing events, meetings, and trainings, while serving as a liaison to the corporate office. Key responsibilities include increasing enrollments, developing leadership, and promoting duplication across all Marketing Executives' Organization through the programs and activities offered by the company. This role reports directly to the Coaching & Leader Development Manager.

Basic Salary: S$5,000 to S$6,000

Principal Responsibilities
- Achieve top-line growth by meeting and exceeding net Preferred Customer goals.
- Execute the department's motto - Connect, Communicate, Coach, Commit & Celebrate - with excellence in the Singapore market.
- Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with Marketing Executives.
- Drive leadership development through daily coaching and regular face-to-face or virtual meetings and calls. Identify and develop new leaders across all organizational levels.
- Achieve daily and monthly connection goals (mentoring calls/meetings).
- Conduct business training or other relevant training sessions for the field as needed.
- Oversee and lead all business trainings, events, and activities in Singapore.
- Provide updates on sales and coaching activities through regular reports; actively participate in discussions with the Manager to communicate field progress and needs.
- Collaborate with the Manager and Director to implement an integrated coaching and sales strategy for Singapore.
- Assist in managing overall sales performance, including oversight of compliance-related issues in the market.
- Stay current with market trends and continuously deepen knowledge of business-building principles.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
- Demonstrated career stability over the past five years. Previous sales and business development experience, especially involving coaching a sales force, or servicing key accounts, is a plus.
- Proven ability in building strong relationships and delivering high-level customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentation experience, stage presence, and training ability are preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- The ideal candidate must be ethical, dependable, professional, and capable of strategic thinking and sound judgment.
Education Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration/ communications/economics or any other related field.
