➕ Extra Shifts: Optional when covering for the second receptionist
Salary: 120 SGD per full day (GROSS)
CPF contributions will be made in accordance with Singapore law:

Sunny Nails is a premium nail salon in the heart of Bugis, Singapore. We specialise in Russian manicure techniques, offer exceptional service, and are building a high-standard brand designed for future franchising. Our team is friendly, professional, and focused on making every client feel their best.

Your Responsibilities

As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of Sunny Nails and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations:

• Greeting clients with a smile and making them feel at home
• Managing bookings and communication via WhatsApp and Instagram
• Preparing and offering refreshments - tea, coffee, and cold drinks - to enhance the customer experience
• Creating a cozy salon atmosphere with music, scents, and lighting
• Handling payments using our POS system (EPOS)
• Keeping the front desk, lounge, and refreshment area clean and inviting
• Assisting with photo/video content for social media (with client consent)
• Coordinating technician schedules and assisting the salon supervisor as needed

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English; Russian/Chinese and other languages are a plus
• Friendly, presentable, and professional appearance
• Experience in receptionist, customer service, or beauty-related roles (1+ year preferred)
• Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, and POS systems
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Available on weekends and public holidays
• Singapore Citizen or PR
