Parts Admin Assistant - Temporary (5months)

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving & processing of spare parts orders
  • Work closely with intercompany, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Perform order processing duties - verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to system.
  • Swift response to order & shipment enquiries

Job Requirements

  • Min a diploma holder
  • Working knowledge in spare parts administration would be an advantage
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • A team player
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Willing to work at Loyang Way
  • Able to work from 18 Aug 2025 to 17 Jan 2026
