Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Receiving & processing of spare parts orders
- Work closely with intercompany, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Perform order processing duties - verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to system.
- Swift response to order & shipment enquiries
Job Requirements
- Min a diploma holder
- Working knowledge in spare parts administration would be an advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- A team player
- Proficient in SAP
- Willing to work at Loyang Way
- Able to work from 18 Aug 2025 to 17 Jan 2026
