- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the office
- Assist in the opening of bank and broker accounts and support related KYC documentation and processes
- Handle client enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and follow up on outstanding matters
- Maintain and update statutory and regulatory records in a timely and organized manner
- Provide support for other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, including during periods when supervisors or senior management are away
- Only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
