✅ Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office administrative tasks;
  • Organize documents, perform data entry and filing duties;
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and basic material dispatch;
  • Support other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Age: Below 45 years old;
  • Residency Status:
    Singapore Citizens preferred;
    Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) are also welcome to apply;
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in mobile and computer operations;
    Familiar with basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel);
  • Language Proficiency:
    Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) for workplace communication and documentation.
