Responsibilities
• Assisting with planning, implementation, and management of community health projects.
• Analyzing data related to community health initiatives to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Working with various community partners, healthcare teams, and patients/caregivers to improve healthcare delivery.
• Providing information to patients and caregivers, often through a hotline or other channels.
• Performing secretariat work for meetings, managing office budget, and maintaining records.
• Analyzing assessment information to prioritize care needs and develop care plans.
• Interacting effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in doing community services, project management or healthcare operations.
