Customer Training Scheduler (Training Scheduler)
Contract till End 2025 
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $3,500 – $4,200/month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule flight and maintenance training for airline customers and internal teams in alignment with customer needs

• Ensure efficient use of resources (students, classrooms, training devices) with a focus on cost-effectiveness

• Manage logistics to support delivery of training across multiple airplane models, working closely with Flight Training and CTO teams

• Monitor and communicate schedule changes to all relevant stakeholders

• Handle rescheduling and communicate updates promptly and accurately

• Support forecasting of optimal training schedules based on strategic plans

• Diagnose and assess issues, identify risks, and propose solutions

• Collaborate with regional training teams to ensure effective resource allocation
