Welcome to Penn Pacific Dental Center located in Downtown Core, Singapore. Our clinic is equipped with the latest dental technology to provide a pleasant and comfortable dental experience for our patients.

Position: Full-Time Dental Receptionist

Location: CBD

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Manage scheduling, patient records, and appointment confirmations
• Handle phone inquiries and support patients with their questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the reception and clinical areas
• Provide general assistance and support for day-to-day operations as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in providing support during dental procedures
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
