Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Ensure buildings / facilities are maintained to the required standards
- Supervise and liaise with the consultants and contractors on maintenance, repair, upgrading and fit-out works
- Handle maintenance contracts for building services
- Handle Lease / Tenancy management
- Prepare and implement annual maintenance programme for buildings/ facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance and improvement works required
- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Building and Estate Management, Facilities Management or relevant building discipline
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in building management and maintenance
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
