Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure buildings / facilities are maintained to the required standards
  • Supervise and liaise with the consultants and contractors on maintenance, repair, upgrading and fit-out works
  • Handle maintenance contracts for building services
  • Handle Lease / Tenancy management
  • Prepare and implement annual maintenance programme for buildings/ facilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance and improvement works required
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Building and Estate Management, Facilities Management or relevant building discipline
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in building management and maintenance
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
