• Key resource of the accounting & control team in all tasks related to financial accounting and management of daily fund operations.
• Prepare timely and accurate legal entities financial accounts, and other management accounting related MIS.
• Establish Governance and controls around the finance function, maintain robust operations and accounting controls.
• Participating in the annual Budgeting exercise. General management accounting
• Supervise and record financial statements for investment companies in accounting system.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, compliance reports, financial statements, and other reports.
• Face off with auditors and coordinate closure of all interim and annual audits
• Perform periodic reconciliations of financials and investments records.
• Stay abreast of accounting & Transfer Pricing policies and International Financial accounting standards.
• Oversight of accounts receivable and payable function
• GST, Income Tax Reporting
• Assist in Analytics and sundry reporting.
• Manage Finance data repository.
• Other financial accounting & administrative activities
• Participate in UAT system testing for system updates (Ad-hoc)
• Other Ad- hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounts.

4-5years full time experience in Finance roles, ideally with exposure to financial management, compliance, corporate governance functions.

Strong understanding of accounting standards, general corporate law, financial principles, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex projects effectively.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software (preferred), and Microsoft Office suite.
