Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage billing and invoices. This role involves preparing and processing invoices, managing records, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Maintain accurate billing records.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in administrative or billing roles.
  • Experience in accounting software (Example: Autocount, MYOB, etc)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Singaporean candidates are preferred due to the limitation of the quota.
