A Day in the Life:
What We are Looking For:
- Lead the design process from conceptualisation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative and functional design concepts
- Produce detailed design plans, specifications and visualisations to effectively communicate design concepts
- Oversee the execution of design projects, including coordinating with clients, Project Managers, Design Managers and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials and technologies in the interior design industry
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Perform any other adhoc duties
What We are Looking For:
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or any other related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar design management role, preferably in the Retail Interiors/Corporate Industry
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and functional interior spaces
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior designers
