Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the OtC (Order to Cash) Manager across the full spectrum of AR and customer master data processes.
  • Supervise team leads and ensure policy compliance across billing, collections, and OtC functions.
  • Plan workloads, allocate resources, and drive your team toward key financial and operational KPIs.
  • Tackle exceptions in billing and unapplied cash head-on - resolve discrepancies swiftly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the month-end closing and cashflow forecasting processes.
  • Liaise with auditors and prepare documentation for the annual audit.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to boost staff productivity.
  • Champion process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and optimize systems.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach, developing talent and fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Be the go-to person for escalations and ensure resolution with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:
  • Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable or related functions, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving process improvements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar accounting software.
  • A proactive mindset - someone who's outcome-driven, takes ownership, and never shies away from a challenge.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - you thrive on lifting others up and building cohesive teams.
  • A positive, open-minded attitude and a constant desire to learn and improve.
