Administrative Support :
  • Answering phone/email/whatsapp enquiries
  • Issue Debit and Credit note
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Generate Delivery Orders and invoices
  • Sending invoices and packing lists to customers
  • Sending Statement of Accounts to customers
  • Consolidate and update petty cash summary
  • Process PO to vendors
  • Update and follow up with outstanding payments


Job Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' / Nitec and above
  • No experience required
  • Team player with positive attitude, easy-going and flexible
