Job Requirements:
- Answering phone/email/whatsapp enquiries
- Issue Debit and Credit note
- Ordering of office supplies
- Generate Delivery Orders and invoices
- Sending invoices and packing lists to customers
- Sending Statement of Accounts to customers
- Consolidate and update petty cash summary
- Process PO to vendors
- Update and follow up with outstanding payments
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O' / Nitec and above
- No experience required
- Team player with positive attitude, easy-going and flexible
