Job Description

  • Perform front desk duties and provide office support duties (e.g. complete relevant documentation, execute document filing, scanning, photocopying etc)
  • Answer phone calls, direct incoming calls to respective colleague, record customer bookings & take down messages, check voicemail etc
  • Manage customer bookings from various platforms (Email, phone calls, website, WhatsApp, Facebook etc)
  • Track vehicle servicing bookings and send reminders to customers for the next booking.
  • Perform cashing duties, including daily settlement for NETS, VISA/MASTER machines
  • Key in receipts in accounting system
  • Assist in documentation of work orders and ensure complete documentation.
  • Monitor & follow up on unbilled work orders
  • Assist on HR and related administrative matters
  • Responsible for mail sorting, distribution & courier services
  • Responsible to ensure that the lounge and offices are clean & well-maintained
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Computer literate
  • Customer oriented
  • Well organised & has a sense of responsibility
