Job Description
Requirements:
- Perform front desk duties and provide office support duties (e.g. complete relevant documentation, execute document filing, scanning, photocopying etc)
- Answer phone calls, direct incoming calls to respective colleague, record customer bookings & take down messages, check voicemail etc
- Manage customer bookings from various platforms (Email, phone calls, website, WhatsApp, Facebook etc)
- Track vehicle servicing bookings and send reminders to customers for the next booking.
- Perform cashing duties, including daily settlement for NETS, VISA/MASTER machines
- Key in receipts in accounting system
- Assist in documentation of work orders and ensure complete documentation.
- Monitor & follow up on unbilled work orders
- Assist on HR and related administrative matters
- Responsible for mail sorting, distribution & courier services
- Responsible to ensure that the lounge and offices are clean & well-maintained
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written English
- Computer literate
- Customer oriented
- Well organised & has a sense of responsibility
