We're on the looking for a creative, strategic, and resourceful marketing all-rounder to join our team as Assistant Manager, Marketing. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, events, and brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Someone who is not afraid to ask questions, voice ideas (big ones, small ones), and the follow-through or seek clarity to make things happen, comfortable managing multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of the Marketing & Communications team, the successful candidate will work closely with teammates and report to the VP, Marketing & Communications in crafting and executing smart, effective marketing strategies supporting the development and execution of group-wide initiatives across multiple entities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand awareness across the Group
- Create compelling and audience-relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and printed materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including coordinating logistics for events and activations
- Design and manage content strategies aligned with target audience segments and business objectives
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels-such as websites, newsletters, and social media platforms
- Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website traffic and generate qualified leads
- Maintain and execute the marketing content calendar across platforms and brands
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, from pre-event preparation to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up
- Draft and localise content in both English and Chinese for digital, print, and social media use
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all communication materials and brand touchpoints
- Stay up to date with evolving marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in as a marketing all-rounder, working across platforms and brands
- Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and WordPress
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools, including other growth-hacking techniques
- Customer success thinker with strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential in liaising with Chinese speaking stakeholder.
- Experience managing corporate events, from planning through execution
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content development
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
