Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Provide administrative support to management and various departments

⦁ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other arrangements

⦁ Maintain digital and physical filing systems, records, and documents

⦁ Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication materials

⦁ Assist in basic HR and finance functions (e.g., onboarding, invoice tracking)

⦁ Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general logistics

⦁ Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications

⦁ Perform any other ad-hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

⦁ Diploma in Business Administration or relevant Degree equivalent

⦁ Fresh graduates are welcome

⦁ Detail-oriented, organised, excellent time-management and multitasking skills

⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills

⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Tools

⦁ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

⦁ Positive attitude and team spirit
