This role supports a wide range of internal events, leadership meetings, and coordination work under the Management Committee (MAGCO). You’ll be the bridge between planning and execution — bringing structure and order to high-impact activities.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar planning, and RSVP tracking for internal meetings and events
- Handle logistics support for internal projects, including room bookings, materials, and follow-ups
- Take minutes, compile reports, and prepare administrative documents
- Work across departments (e.g., HR, Training, Revenue, Events) to support MAGCO’s agenda
- Maintain inventory and internal document systems
🎯 Skills & Qualities
- Strong coordination, time management, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and online forms
- Able to multitask, meet tight timelines, and follow through independently
- Experience in event or operations coordination a plus
- Energetic team player with a service mindset
