Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.

• Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, visas, and transport.

• Schedule and update calendars for meetings, travel, and other activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to organize meetings and handle schedule changes.

• Arrange travel and accommodation for overseas visitors.

• Organize business meals, meetings, and events with external partners.

• Assist with collecting data and preparing simple reports.

• Support new project handling - support on distributor admin functions, like data collection.

• Perform other general administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Management or related field

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience providing administrative support

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, able to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Experience with MS office

• High attention to detail, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage workload independently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination and collaboration

• Travelling may be required, once a year
