Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individuals to join our team as Pioneer Staff Members to manage front-desk responsibilities and support day-to-day administrative operations. This dual role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, efficient office processes, and a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and manage online customer inquiries.
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain and manage the product display area and promotional materials.
• Providing accurate information about our products.
• Assist customers with order placement and on-site pickup.
• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and logistics management.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
. Packing and unpacking.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
What We're Looking For:
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred.
• Certified training in beauty, skincare or makeup application are encouraged to apply.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively assist customers.
• Experience in the cosmetics or health supplement industry is a plus.
• Well groomed, professional individual with a positive attitude and a strong interpersonal skill to make a great
first impression.
Others:
• This position may require 2-shift work schedule, e.g. 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm on weekdays and 12pm-6pm on
weekend. Alternate Saturday and Sunday rest day.
• Office located in the heart of town
• With experience in beauty parlour and are ready to start quickly or with short notice, we'd love to hear from
you as this is an urgent hire.
• We welcome applications from individuals with previous cabin crew experience.
