To provide administrative and logistics support to ensure smooth operations at the Training Centre.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Administration/Customer Service
• Handle registrations for Self-sponsored
(via Online Registrations/Phone Calls/WhatsApp/Walk-in/Emails).
• Update & Blasting of Class Schedules.
• Attend and liaise with self-sponsored trainees on Queries/Scheduling of course/ Grievances via Email/WhatsApp/Calls/Walk-in.
• Monthly update of Typeform (Course Schedule).
2. Administrative for Pre-Class Preparation /Class Day /Post Class
• Prepare and upkeep of training & registration materials.
• Ensure classrooms are always clean and tidy.
• Prepare training attendance.
• Issue invoices for self-sponsored trainees.
• Collect payment / Deduction of SkillsFuture Credits.
• Update Database/Payment Records timely and accurately.
• Update of google sheet on Prebook Number and Actual Number.
• Enrolment of Attendees.
• Upload assessment results for in-house courses.
• Maintain a good filing system.
• Mailing / Regular check on Mailbox.
3. Assessment - Polwel
• Manage assessment bookings.
• Input trainees' details for assessment.
• UIpdate Polwel on Prebook Number and Actual Number.
• Create Credit Notes for absentee.
4. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
• At least O Level.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on Saturdays as and when required.
