Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings
  • Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Minimum qualification: [e.g., O-Level/N-Level/Diploma or equivalent]
  • Experience in [insert industry, if applicable] is a plus

  • Working hour from 9am to 6pm
  • 5 days week
  • Near City Hall MRT Station
