Accounts:
  • Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry
  • Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Track employee expenses and handle petty cash
  • Assist in payroll processing and monthly reporting
  • Assiting in GST and other government related submission

Administration:
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Organize files and documents (physical and digital).
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g, Xero).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
