Position open for Singaporean and PR
- Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry
- Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on payments
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Track employee expenses and handle petty cash
- Assist in payroll processing and monthly reporting
- Assiting in GST and other government related submission
Administration:
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Organize files and documents (physical and digital).
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external communications.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g, Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
