Customer Service – Front Desk


As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will play a key role in representing the organisation, providing accurate information and a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of our courses, services, and operational procedures.


Provide a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.


Understand and respond effectively to the needs of customers to ensure high satisfaction.


Take ownership of customer issues and follow through promptly and efficiently within service level standards.


Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service processes.


Liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless and consistent service.


Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
Possesses at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.


Proficient in both English and Chinese; bilingualism is a strong advantage.


Prior experience in education, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.


Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Demonstrates emotional maturity and a genuine passion for customer service.


Familiar with CRM systems is a plus.


Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.


Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
