Monday to Friday - 0830HRS to 1800HRS
Job Responsibilities

• Develop long-term infrastructure plans that align with service needs and evolving healthcare standards to support sustainable and future-ready care delivery.
• Collaborate with end users to develop SOA and gather operational requirements.
• Oversee procurement and progress of consultancy, construction, and equipment packages.
• Track budget utilisation and provide timely updates to management.
• Ensure the timely procurement and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, in line with construction schedules.
• Support strategic areas such as budgeting, manpower planning, clinical services, and technology.
• Any additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience planning and development, preferably in healthcare sector.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communications.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
