Assistant Manager (Information System)

Salary: $7,000 - $9,000

Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (8:15am - 5:15pm)

Working Location: Chai Chee Ln (Free shuttle bus from Bedok MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Developing and overseeing the cybersecurity measures for the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute IT projects that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new information systems and technologies.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of IT teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the company's information systems.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Recommending upgrades and enhancements to top management, explaining the key benefits of new tech-based investments for the organization.
• Assist in managing the team and evaluate their performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements and end-user computing.
• Experience with conducting security risk assessments and incident management.
• Proficiency in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365).
• Knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other cybersecurity credentials) are highly advantageous.
