Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Compile, maintain, and update daily and monthly attendance records of site employees.
  • Manage office inventories to ensure supplies are stocked and orders are placed as needed.
  • Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, and fax machines; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Organize and sort incoming mail and paperwork for distribution or filing.
  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist administrative staff with paperwork processing and filing duties.
  • Check incoming mails and coordinate courier services when necessary.
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned by management to support office operations.

Requirements:
  • Experience in compiling, maintaining, and updating daily and monthly records is required.
  • Candidate must possess at least "O" or "N" level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
