Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests and schedule repair appointments

• Manage job tracking, invoices, and service reports

• Maintain spare part inventory and order stock as needed

• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups

• Support the team with any ad hoc administrative tasks and day-to-day needs

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Minimum O levels, preferably with working experience.
