Product Management Assistant (1year contract)

• Work hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm(Mon-Fri)
• Work location: Buona Vista
• Salary range: $3000- $3500 (Max)

Job scope:

• Monthly download Sales and Inventory report via Power BI and update the short time planning (STP) dashboard.
• Prepare month end inventory report and aged report for submission.
• Liaise closely with Sales, Production, Customer Service Representative and Logistics department to follow up on allocation and shipment issues.
• Prepare production packaging plan based on the supply outlook and create Process Orders in GSAP.

Requireents:

• Proficient in Excel skills, including Pivot table and vlookup functions
• 2-3 years working experience in planning or product management
