Our client is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive & Digital Communications Associate to support our senior leadership and manage their digital presence.
This unique role blends executive assistance with hands-on management of
LinkedIn and social media content. Ideal candidates bring a learning mindset, strong communication skills, and a flair for content and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Executive Support:
• Provide high-quality administrative support to senior management, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
• Assist with internal communication and document preparation (PowerPoint, reports, proposals)
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
• Digital & Social Media Management:
• Curate and manage company's LinkedIn page and other relevant social channels
• Draft and schedule engaging posts in line with brand voice and business updates
• Track engagement metrics and prepare simple monthly performance summaries
• Coordinate with external PR, design, or marketing agencies if required

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Around 3 years of overall work experience in corporate or professional services environments
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and basic content design tools (e.g., Canva or PowerPoint)
• A discreet, mature, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in both executive support and digital branding

Job location : Raffles Place
Work week : Mon-Fri (Hybrid)
Salary : Upto $5k depending on the experience
