Job Description
  • Educate teams on contract clauses and site implementation.
  • Provide monthly CaaS reviews and strategic support for customers.
  • Monitor data and escalate issues.
  • Conduct site visits, ensuring safety, tidiness, and brand integrity.
  • Align incident management SOPs with customers.
  • Run Customer Satisfaction surveys and report to management.

Requirement
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years in customer/account management; 1-3 years in CaaS or built environment.
  • Data analytics and cooling systems knowledge (chillers, air-side, VAVs).
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, PPT, SharePoint & Forms
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
