- Develop and support business development activities related to aircraft cabin engineering.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from Airlines and Aircraft leasing customers in the APAC and EMEA region.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and implement pre-sales activities leading to the winning of new business in alignment with company goals.
- Provide customer support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high service standards creating customer satisfaction and delight.
- Build and develop strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders to drive long term growth.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, pipeline, pricing etc.) and propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness of business strategies to achieve continued business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Business with at least 5 years' experience in marketing and sales, business and bid development experience.
- Candidates with good working experience in the commercial aviation industry, especially in the field of cabin interiors product and services marketing and business development would be an added advantage.
- Possess good verbal and written communications skills and able to present concepts/proposals to customers effectively. Fluency in at least one other Asian language is an added advantage.
- Able to function comfortably in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, etc. in developing winning business proposals.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Travel to APAC, Middle East and/or Europe region is required.
