Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist at Artisan Medical Group in Singapore. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
