We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at an international financial institution. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution and management of wholesale loan products and various treasury operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of new market products, projects, and initiatives, including the development and ongoing maintenance of related policies, procedures, and Operations Procedure Manuals.
• Prepare and submit reports to Management, Head Office, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Perform internal control functions such as updating policies and manuals, managing audits, overseeing Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review SWIFT messages, and manage the SWIFT system to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Execute wholesale loan transactions across various areas including fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, SBLC/LC, and other corporate loan products.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Fund Finance, Compliance, and Risk to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently met.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in international banking, specifically in wholesale loans and various treasury products.
• Proven experience in fund finance, structured finance, corporate finance, and handling SBLC/LC and other corporate loan instruments.
• Preferably equipped with knowledge of treasury products including FX, Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives.
• Strong operational knowledge and a deep understanding of banking operations and processes; highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT systems.
• Strong IT proficiency with a solid grasp of various banking systems and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
