Job Duties and Responsibilities

Insurance & Medical Claims:
  • Follow up on medical, travel, and other insurance claims.
  • Issue Letters of Guarantee (LOG) and track unpaid medical invoices.
  • Maintain the MHC system when hiring new local employees and removing the resignees.
  • Process medical invoices and bills

Administrative Support & Office Operations:
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering stationery, tags, stickers, and books (SR, DO, etc.).
  • Oversee printer maintenance, including servicing, repairs, toner, and ink orders/replacements.

Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative processes.

Event Coordination & Office Management:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events.

Ensure timely pest control services, including major pest treatment (twice a month) and Antimex treatment (once a month).

Receptionist duties as and when required(Back up of Freda)

Other duties assigned by the Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in HR Admin or equivalent.
