Job Description:

• Answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and greet and direct visitors.

• Ensure that the office environment is clean and organized.

• Provide administrative and operational support to managers and other staff as needed.

• Manage office supplies and stationery, ensuring inventory levels meet the office's needs.

• Prepare and serve drinks or beverages to management and visitors.

• Plan and coordinate special functions, social events, and team-building activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• GCE "N" Level or ITE (Office Skills) or equivalent.

• 1 years of relevant working experience

• Meticulous in work and able to multitask

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
