Job Description:
- Oversee employee leave records and timesheet management.
- Administer and support payroll processing.
- Prepare and issue monthly client invoices.
- Manage petty cash reimbursement procedures.
- Handle calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain personnel databases, filing systems, and organisational records.
- Ensure office cleanliness and oversee office supply replenishment.
- Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
- Conduct research and compile background materials as required.
- Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support for additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident with relevant experience.
- Availability to work at least 3 days weekly with minimum 3 hours per day.
- Work in office at Alexandra (Near Queensway Shopping Centre).
