Contracts Administrator

  • Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
  • Salary Range: S $2,600 - $3,200

Job Description:
  • Preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts from vendors.
  • Administrative duties to support the project proposals team.
  • Contracts drafting and negotiation with the goal of increasing profits, reducing risk, and closing deals quickly and efficiently.
  • Perform cost and price analysis and negotiate cost/pricing and related terms.
  • Serves as a point of contact and interacts with customers & subcontractors.
  • Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.
  • Prepare and solicit Requests for Proposal (RFP) for projects.
  • Dealing with contracts for warranty issues.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in legals studies, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic contracts or commercial law knowledge.
  • Have basic financial accounting knowledge.
