• Manage audit projects to meet objectives and budget
• Direct and coach junior team members for growth and success
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Understand client challenges, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions
• Provide expert insights in business discussions and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Asset Management
• Professional accounting certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) an advantage
• Proven project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
