General Administrative Support:
  • Arrange and manage appointments for uniform collection
  • Uniform measurements taking
  • Customer Service: phone call management and handling office email
  • Support various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, data entry, inventory management, stock taking, rostering and reports preparation.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Keep track of pest control, photo-copier servicing maintenance, etc
  • Manage and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
