Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attending to all service calls
  • Order processing
  • Preparation of delivery orders & invoices
  • Tracking of orders/shipment
  • Preparation forwarding shipper documentation and packing
  • Retrieve company emails, print and file the important information
  • Correspondence of fax and email
  • Monitoring of tenders at designated website
  • Assisting in preparation of quotation & tender submission
  • Assist in keeping track of the office policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing simple correspondences

Requirements:

-Min. Education Level: GCE 'O' / 'A' Level / NITEC/ Diploma or equivalent

-2 to 3 years work experience

-Knowledge in accounting software or similar and MS office.

-Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently
