Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Conduct orientation and core training sessions, including developing brochures, training materials, and multimedia presentations.
- Maintain training records, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Provide logistical support for learning activities, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless training operations.
- Oversee the Training & Development process, including course registration, record maintenance, and training evaluation, in compliance with program funding and organizational policies.
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of training bonds.
- Ensure training documentation compliance with internal and external audit standards, such as Food Hygiene, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001.
- Adhere to statutory training requirements for employees under PWM.
- Assist in the development and management of the training budget and training plan.
- Align training budgets with Human Resources and overall financial objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to fulfill training needs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in training processes.
- Collaborate with schools and institutions for internship programs and career talks.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor interns and trainees.
