Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
  • Conduct orientation and core training sessions, including developing brochures, training materials, and multimedia presentations.
  • Maintain training records, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Provide logistical support for learning activities, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless training operations.
  • Oversee the Training & Development process, including course registration, record maintenance, and training evaluation, in compliance with program funding and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of training bonds.
  • Ensure training documentation compliance with internal and external audit standards, such as Food Hygiene, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001.
  • Adhere to statutory training requirements for employees under PWM.
  • Assist in the development and management of the training budget and training plan.
  • Align training budgets with Human Resources and overall financial objectives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to fulfill training needs.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in training processes.
  • Collaborate with schools and institutions for internship programs and career talks.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor interns and trainees.
