Job Description
Requirements :
- Coordinate with all departments ensuring all work functions smoothly
- Keep track and order of Stationeries and Pantry items
- Handle Phone Call and to serve beverage as and when needed
- Preparation of receipts, invoices and other financial documents & follow up on outstanding payment (Supplier & Customer)
- General filing and to filter all incoming letter
- Keep track of staff leaves and claims
- Assist in preparing reports e.g. GST, debtors aging etc
- Data entry
- General administration duties
- Any other duties as assigned by superior / manager
Requirements :
- O-Level/Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance administration or accounting support role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficiency in Autocount accounting software is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in workflow
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
