- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing purchase orders for office-related services and items.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries with a discreet approach.
- Liaise with government bodies for statutory submissions and compliance.
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Answering phones and emails
- Managing travel arrangements
- Developing and implementing office procedure
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating with other departments and vendors
- Provide HR assistance to HR workflow in terms of interview schedule, HR projects/events planning etc
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Prefer 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Payroll processing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
