Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our studio. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing daily studio operations efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival
- Handle class bookings, scheduling, and payments
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Process new client registrations and memberships
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
- Support instructors with class preparation
- Handle retail sales and inventory management
- Assist with social media content and updates
Schedule:
- Full-time position (40-44 hours/week)
- Part-time position (schedule to be discussed)
- Includes weekday and Saturday shifts
- Morning and/or evening availability
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Basic to intermediate Korean language proficiency
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Experience with basic design softwares (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Experience with MINDBODY software
- Previous work experience in fitness/wellness industry
- Knowledge of social media management
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Experience in retail or sales
- Background in fitness or wellness (plus but not required)
