Job Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly Body & Paint service revenue by identifying growth opportunities and negotiating competitive labor and parts rates.
• Oversee claims and repairs to align with the Motor Claims Framework (MCF) and General Insurance Association (GIA) protocols, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Investigate and respond to customer feedback, ensuring follow-up within 3 to 5 days post-service to verify work completion and satisfaction.
• Plan workshop capacity, monitor open Repair Orders (ROs) and parts backorders, and maintain safety, tidiness, and cleanliness in the Body & Paint service area.
• Motivate staff, coach individuals on performance improvement, and prepare incentives to boost morale and deliver outstanding service.
• Track credit debtors, ensure timely payments, and prepare monthly reports on vehicle intake, performance, and department turnover.
• Assist Service Advisors (CSAs) with customer queries, authorize goodwill requests within limits, and manage pick-up/delivery and courtesy car services as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent studies
• Ability to deal with customers and knowledge in administering Insurance Claims
• Good knowledge about cars and its components, paint and bodywork equipment, warranty processing
• Experience in dealing/ leading in body and paint shop will have added advantage.
