Key Responsibilities
  • Support a wide range of Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including preparing invoices, verifying sales, managing month-end closing, and performing account reconciliation.
  • Prepare and process various documents, such as Invoices (Credit and Cash Terms) and Credit Notes.
  • To send out all invoices to customers by email or by post.
  • Track and monitor collections and payments, update Statement of Accounts.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • To assist in preparing of sales quotation and email to customers.
  • Update service record and reconciliate with service members on treatment works done.
  • Monitor & renew company employee & vehicle insurance and road tax.
  • Assist in GST filing, CPF filing, IR8A filing, leave record update, apply for work pass.
  • Coordinate & liaise with partner or corporate secretary where required.
  • Prepare for service treatment report by inserting treatment photos.
  • Support Company Director & Team Supervisor where necessary.


Requirements
  • Min. GCE N Level or NITEC
  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organizational skills with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Welcome Housewife or Retiree to apply
